1. Flat Rate Shipping
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping
For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic deliveries.
4. International Shipping
For international orders, estimated delivery time is 10-25 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that international delivery times can vary significantly due to customs processing and local postal services.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply to international orders. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs office and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Aircraft Whiskey Decanter is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Aircraft Whiskey Decanter is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these shipments will be sent via USPS only.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@aircraftwhiskeydecanter.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable resolution.
9. No Shipping to Restricted Countries
Due to various legal and logistical restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is on a restricted list, you will be notified during the checkout process.
